Autumn Reset: Yoga & Wellbeing Retreat

We invite you to a very exclusive Yoga & Wellness Half Day Retreat  held at The Float Spa.

As we move into autumn this is the perfect time to reset and prepare ourselves for the seasons changing. It’s a time to nurture, rest and restore ourselves. We can utilise this time to develop our mind and body giving space to grow mentally and physically.

The theme of this retreat is designed around reseting your nervous system. As humans we spend most of our lives activated in our sympathetic system ‘fight, flight, freeze’ we are stimulation addicts, often juggling multiple tasks whilst hooked to our smartphones. This retreat is the perfect way to stop, reset and activate the parasympathetic ‘rest & digest’ system. Our self-development workshop will give you the tools to being able to notice when your nervous system is activated and learn how to reset to avoid being overwhelmed, burned out and exhausted all the time. 

This half day retreat will include a Yoga session, Meditation session and self-development workshop – hosted by Camille Pierson & Sarah Huttmann.

Combining the knowledge of Mind Coaching and Nutrition from Camille and Movement, Massage & lymphatic with Sarah, this half Day Retreat is not to be missed.

  • 2:30pm – Self-development workshop
  • 4:30pm – break and snack time (healthy snacks provided)
  • 5pm – slow flow yoga into rest – suitable for beginners
  • 6:30pm – sharing circle
  • 7pm – hometime
