We are looking for a PERMANENT FULL TIME Spa Associate (30 – 35 hours per week) to join our team. We are seeking candidates who will enjoy looking after our lovely clients and will help us grow the business to the next level.

Spa Associates are responsible for but not limited to:
- Service and product sales
- Booking appointments
- Greeting and checking clients in and out
- New client orientation and consultation
- Answering phone calls
- Email correspondence
- Cleaning between sessions
- Occasionally lifting up to 50lbs
- Pool chemistry and more
Multitasking with ease is essential to succeed in this position and you must be available to also cover weekend and evening shifts.
You should enjoy working with people, integrate well in the existing team and an interest in health and wellbeing in desirable.
- 2 years retail sales experience required
- Customer service experience
- General computer, internet, email experience (Mac preferred)
- Ability to quickly learn our POS system (Mind Body)
- Detail oriented
- Professional demeanour and appearance
Hourly rate: hourly DOE (£9.50) + commission + tips + performance bonuses + spa perks
Note: The Float Spa is open 7 days per week – hours vary depending on pre-agreed rota.
