Restorative Yoga & Yoga Nidra Workshop
Restorative Yoga is a gentle, passive and deeply therapeutic experience for anyone and everyone, providing deep rest for tired bodies, relaxation for busy minds and rejuvenation for the entire nervous system. Different from more active styles of yoga, in a Restorative session, we simply place the body strategically in specific & restful positions which are supported by props. Combined with guided breathing exercises, somatic experiencing, relaxation techniques & yoga nidra, plus skilfully chosen background music (or peace and quiet), participants experience profound & deep relaxation.
