Katie created The NeuroFreedom Method to help people like her feel happier in their daily lives. It’s the culmination of a15-year exploration into what combination of modalities works for neurodiverse minds. The method utilises what she calls‘Thought Yoga’, which has the power to transform the way we think about ourselves, combined with emotional healing techniques. She uses hypnotherapy, energy work and ADHD executive functioning coaching to support her clients.
