Emma Thomas is an Ayurvedic specialist and sound healing therapist, following in the footsteps of her Indian grandmother, a traditional Ayurvedic healer.
Rooted in a lineage of sacred medicine, Emma brings deep respect for ancient wisdom and a heartfelt commitment to healing. Her path to this work is personal. These practices enabled her to overcome a series of serious health challenges. That lived experience enables her to hold space with compassion, insight and care. Emma now supports clients to overcome a range of health issues.
She offers traditional Ayurvedic treatments like Abhyanga, Marma Therapy, panchakarma and nasya alongside Ayurvedic diet, lifestyle and herbal advice. As a professionally qualified sound therapist, she also offers deeply restorative sound healing sessions combined with reiki.
Her sessions are transformative and inclusive, and are especially welcoming to the LGBTQIA+ community—inviting each client into a safe space of deep rest, release, and healing.
