Elentay discovered her interest in naturopathic nutrition through her own deeply personal health journey. Much of her twenties was shaped by chronic illness, including chronic fatigue syndrome, POTS, and PCOS, which left her searching for answers beyond conventional approaches. Determined to regain control of her health, she began to explore the powerful connection between nutrition, lifestyle, and wellbeing. She then found herself wanting to give this knowledge to others, through a journey rooted in understanding the body, supporting it naturally, and helping others do the same.

In her practice, Elentay works closely with clients experiencing hormonal imbalances, burnout, and chronic fatigue, combining clinical knowledge with real-life experience. She works by supporting the body through targeted nutrition and sustainable lifestyle changes.

Having walked this path herself, Elentay brings a deep sense of empathy and understanding to her work. She knows what it feels like to be dismissed, exhausted, and searching for answers, and she also knows that healing is possible. By applying the same principles she used to bring her own conditions into remission, she supports her clients in reconnecting with their bodies, restoring balance, and building long-term resilience. Her approach is compassionate, personalised, and rooted in the belief that everyone deserves to feel well in their own body.
