Spring Yoga & Wellness Day Retreat

We invite you to a very exclusive Yoga & Wellness Day Retreat with Juice Cleanse held at The Float Spa.

Spring in the time of new beginnings, where we revive and refresh after the winter colder months. We can utilise this time to develop our mind and body giving space to grow mentally and physically.

The theme of this retreat is new beginnings, how we can remove the blocks which hinder growth and learn how to flourish and grow.

The day is exclusive private hire of The Float Spa and will include Yoga session, Meditation session, self-development workshop and a 2 hour food workshop complete with delicious vegan lunch – hosted by Camille Pierson & Sarah Huttmann.

Combining the knowledge of Mind Coaching and Nutrition from Camille and Movement, Massage & lymphatic with Sarah, this Day Retreat events is not to be missed.

Date: Sunday 31st March 9:30am – 5pm.

Day will include

  • 9:30am arrival and introductions – Juice 1
  • 10am – 10:30am – Guided Meditation & Intension Setting
  • 10:30am – 11:45am Yoga Practice
  • 11:45-12pm – break & Juice 2
  • 12pm – 12:45pm – Lymphatic Self Care & Why it matters
  • 12:45pm – 1:15pm – Mindful Walk
  • 1:15pm – 2:30pm – Self Development workshop
  • 2:30pm – 4:30pm – Break the Fast: Nutritious food workshop – how to nourish your mind through your stomach
  • 4:30pm – 5pm – Sharing Circle

Option to add on float or infrared sauna treatment (additional costs for float & sauna sessions)
