About the event

This isn’t your typical meditation class. Over 75 minutes, we’ll blend mindful movement with stillness to create a powerful practice that helps you reconnect with both body and mind.

Through gentle, intentional movement, you’ll soften tension, awaken energy, and prepare your body to settle into deeper states of meditation. The session then flows into guided meditation, where breath, awareness, and presence come together to bring you clarity and calm.

Expect to leave feeling centred, spacious, and restored – with tools you can carry into daily life. Whether you’re new to meditation or looking to deepen your practice, this session offers a unique way to explore balance, release, and inner peace.
