Rooted in Rhythm is a soothing Earth-element practice created to help you slow down, restore balance, and realign with your natural flow.
Across this nurturing 2-hour autumn session, you’ll be guided through:
• Restorative yoga and gentle somatic practices
• Calming breathwork
• Reflective journaling & meditation
• An introduction to cycle awareness & your inner seasons
