Daisy discovered the healing power of the breath through a deeply personal journey — supporting her daughter through epilepsy and brain surgery. Now, as a trained breathwork facilitator, she helps others reconnect with this powerful tool for calm and clarity.
Lucy brings over two decades of experience in healing practices, including auricular acupuncture, Chinese facial massage, fascia release, and coaching. Her work supports people in reclaiming balance, resilience, and ease.
