As winter deepens and the festive season approaches, life often asks us to give more of our time, energy, and attention to others. Before stepping into the busy festive season, we invite you to turn inwards pause, breathe, and replenish.
Join Zenia (Elementals Wellbeing) and Alison (A Quiet Practice) for a nourishing afternoon of yoga, embodied movement, meditation, and mindful practices. Together, we will gently clear away the heaviness of the year so far, restoring a sense of ease and space within.
