Gabe Lazareff

Gabe (they/them) is an experienced yoga and sound meditation teacher, with a focus on form, accessibility and body neutrality. Their classes prioritise form so you can explore your practice with confidence and self-trust.Leading with body neutrality over positivity, Gabe encourages students to exist in their bodies without pressure to perform, achieve, or ‘fix’. This creates a supportive environment, particularly for those navigating chronic pain, fatigue, body image challenges, or gender dysphoria, along with anyone looking for a more sustainable and compassionate relationship with movement and mindfulness.

About the event

Experience the deep relaxation effects of sound and vibration in this 90-minute Sound Bath experience led by musician and yoga teacher, Gabe, with x2 Crystal Bowls, Tuning Forks, Tongue Drum, Lyre Harp, Egg Shaker, Chimes, and a Koshi.

What to expect:

  • Arrive and settle

  • Learn about how sound and vibrations affect the body and mind

  • Explore optional restorative postures supported with props

  • Breathwork to calm the central nervous system

  • Guided meditation using sound and visualisation

  • A moment of reflection

Designed with neurodiverse folks in mind, this is an accessible meditation practice well-suited for busy minds. You are welcome to bring a silent fidget toy or stimming tool with you to use in the session – there will be a couple available in the room. Gabewill offer suggestions for ways you can lie down or sit with optional props throughout.

The instruments used in this session include a range of frequencies, all carrying different qualities and effects for the body and mind, coming together in harmony, with occasional dissonance to challenge and recenter the brain.
