Beginners welcome.
We focus on learning the Wu Style Tai Chi Short Form, which is especially good for health and wellbeing, and when learned, the whole form takes less than 5 minutes to perform, making it a fantastic practice in our modern busy lives.
The movements work to unknit tension deep within the body, create increased balance and coordination, and teaches us how to move in a deeply connected way. All of the energy work we learn in the Qigong class can be put into your Tai Chi practice, making the combination very powerful.
10 week course starting 11th May – 27th July (not on bank holidays)
