Millie provides massage that reconnects you to your body and makes you feel deeply cared for and nourished. Her massage practice centres mindfulness and consent. Whether you want something simple and relaxing, or deep and therapeutic, she’ll listen to what you want and design a treatment to work uniquely for you.
Millie has a Diploma in Holistic and Deep Tissue Massage from The Jing Institute, and is continually learning to improve her practice. She studied Biological Sciences at university and spent a decade working in the charity sector for environmental justice prior to training as a massage therapist.
She is now working as a massage therapist and sees healing our connection with our bodies as essential for building a better world. She lives in the South Downs, and her massage practice is inspired by the beauty of nature and following seasonal cycles. She loves learning about people and all living beings, and understanding the interconnection between us all.
Arrive as you are – all bodies and feelings are welcome. Millie is constantly working on how to hold safer space for marginalised folks in sessions. Massage should be available, accessible and comfortable for everyone. This space is queer and trans affirming. Every sexuality, every gender, every body shape, and every background is welcome. You are welcome if this is the first time you have had a massage.
