Maku has been a massage practitioner since 2010 when she first studied reflexology and has been developing her skills ever since. Her massage practice is guided by her knowledge of anatomy from her courses, her experience as a yoga teacher, and her intuitive ability to tune into the body and soul of each client to release tension. With years of experience in the field, she integrates various styles and techniques to suit the unique needs of each individual.
Maku is qualified in Reflexology, Swedish massage, Deep tissue massage, Sports massage, Aromatherapy, Pregnancy massage, Bamboo massage, Reiki, and Bio Yoga Mobilization.
She also offers one to one Conscious Connected Breathwork sessions and has trained with Alchemy of Breath and Dan Brule. Since 2014, she has been leading regular workshops, weaving her shamanic skills into her practice to create a unique and transformative healing experience. She has studied with The Four Winds Society in 2022 and her teachers are Alberto Villoldo and Marcela Lobos.
