Hannah Watkins

Cranio Sacral therapy, Pilates Teacher

Hannah was a professional actress for many years. This lifestyle took a toll on her mental wellbeing, and she trained to be a Pilates Teacher with Alan Herdman in 2007. Since then, Pilates has played a role in her working life. She enjoys lots of other modalities but always finds herself coming back to Pilates.

As she is now in her late 40s her body needs to focus more on slowing down but building strength. So, she has changed her focus in teaching to invite more care, challenge, good alignment, a good sense of humour,  leaving her clients feeling invigorated, toned, stretched and above all safe in their bodies. She uses weights and bands to access a deeper core workout.

In 2016 she trained under Franklyn Sills to become a Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapist. In our fast-paced world taking a moment to pause, slow down and invite the nervous system to rest is a very special gift to yourself.  Hannah finds Craniosacral Therapy to be a very powerful modality, where there is not so much a ‘doing to’ the body, but an invitation to reset, let be, and to release held tensions and emotions that no longer serve you.

In November 2025 Hannah is undertaking a 3 year training to become an Integrative Transpersonal  Counsellor .
