Float Spa Refund & Cancellation Policy – SERVICES 

We understand that plans can change, and we aim to be as fair and transparent as possible. Please take a moment to read our policy regarding cancellations and refunds:

Cancellations within 24 Hours

If you cancel a booking within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment or class, we are unfortunately unable to offer a refund or credit. This applies to all services, including floatation therapy, infrared sauna, massage, yoga, and other treatments.

Cancellations with Over 24 Hours’ Notice

If you cancel with more than 24 hours’ notice, the value of your session will be added as credit to your Float Spa virtual account. This credit can be used towards your next booking. Please note: the appointment is not automatically rebooked—you will need to reschedule at your convenience.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued upon request and under the following conditions:

  • The purchase was made within the past 14 days.

  • The session was cancelled with more than 24 hours’ notice.

These items are non-refundable and non-returnable under any circumstance.

Float Spa Refund & Returns Policy – Online Shop Products

We offer a clear and fair returns policy for all retail products purchased through our shop.

Change of Mind

You have up to 14 days from the date of purchase to change your mind and return your item for a full refund—provided it is unused and in its original packaging.

Items showing any signs of use, damage, or tampering will not be eligible for return or refund.

To complete a return, please provide proof of purchase—your email order confirmation or receipt is ideal.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return has been received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email to confirm approval or rejection of the refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed and applied to your original method of payment within a few working days.

Sale Items

Only full-priced items are eligible for refunds. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We will only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you receive a faulty item, please email reception@thefloatspa.co.uk with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

You are responsible for covering the return shipping cost. Please ensure you use a tracked and insured delivery service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
