The Ixchel System is a transformative series of courses that provides clients with the education to combine precise biomechanical realignment practices with deep emotional connection, guiding students to reprogram their internal structure, both physically and mentally.

Ixchel System 1

Get Into Your Body

Recognized and CPD accredited by FHT, ITEC, and VTCT, ‘Get Into Your Body Level 1 is The Ixchel System’s signature 7-week entry-level course. Through detailed, step-by-step practices, students learn to realign every single bone and joint in their body.

The course is delivered through a blend of online modules, 1:1 sessions, and group sessions. It begins with the feet in week one and moves progressively up the body, ending with the jaw in week seven.

By moving through this process, students retrain their bodies out of the habitual postures and movements that create misalignment, chronic pain, energy blockages, and even disease.

Building on this foundation, Level 2 teaches the natural, optimal ways for joints and bones to move in relation to one another. By embodying these alignment practices, students begin to sit, walk, and move in ways that support and optimize the body. This process activates a biomechanical structure and fluid relationships within the body that generates profound physical, emotional, and energetic release.

In Level 3, the focus shifts further inward to the organs held within the skeletal frame. Students learn to tune into how bone alignment affects internal systems such as the digestive, respiratory, reproductive, circulatory, and muscular systems, through compression and release. These practices have been described as “an almost spiritual experience with one’s body—accessible only through deep, powerful, and intentional connection with the bones and all they hold.”

Get Into Your Body Levels 1, 2, and 3 are delivered through a mix of online content, personalised 1:1 sessions with Victoria or one of her qualified practitioners, and online group sessions. Each module is offered in written, video, and audio formats to cater to a wide range of learning styles. We like to say that while The Ixchel System introduces entirely new concepts to most people, it “can be understood by a 10-year-old and practiced by a 90-year-old”—and we mean it!

Unlike physio, chiro, or massage therapy the entire process can be learnt online – making it an incredibly empowering tool for moving out of pain by yourself and being able to maintain that through your future without relying on an external practitioner.

Ixchel Community and Practitioner Training

Victoria also offers an in-depth practitioner training program for those who have personally experienced the power of this methodology and wish to integrate The Ixchel System into their own work. We are so proud to have practitioners teaching across the UK, Europe, and even in New York and California!

The practitioner training  program typically takes 1.5–2 years to complete and includes direct mentorship from Victoria, hands-on experience with paid case study clients, and ongoing support to ensure the highest quality of practice.

This practitioner pathway is a unique opportunity to join a vibrant, supportive community while offering clients a truly revolutionary way to feel more at home in their bodies and lives.

What started as biomechanic realignment practices, has now become so much more. The Ixchel System has given rise to a warm, inspiring, and ever-growing community of people who have experienced the methodology. Individuals who continue to support, uplift, and celebrate one another as they deepen their connection to their bones and their lives.
