We have options for 30 minute, 45 minute and 60 minute sauna sessions, and have a range of bundles and memberships which make the Infrared Sauna sessions for more cost effective.
We do not recommend 60 minute sessions for new users.
We also offer infrared Sauna Memberships for those wanting to use the sauna monthly. Our memberships offer peace of mind knowing you can pay monthly, instead of paying one big lump sum As usual we have the most amazing benefits too.
