About the event

Breathe Better: This lunchtime taster class will leave you refreshed, energised and laser-focused for your afternoon. Breathwork coach Helen Croydon will explain the science of functional breathing, and walk you through a series of seated and movement-based breath exercises which have been shown to improve sleep, balance the nervous system, help with concentration and increase oxygen delivery.
Helen Croydon teaches functional breathing to help people become more productive, control stress, get better sleep and improve fitness.
Using the Oxygen Advantage method, her one-on-one or group breathwork sessions are designed for anyone interested in optimising mental and physical performance.
Helen discovered breathwork in her quest to be more productive – both in her professional life as author and journalist; and in her personal life as an endurance athlete. 
Helen is also a non-fiction writing coach and draws on breathwork exercises to help writers stay focused and motivated.
