Root and Release is a nourishing 2-hour gathering to gently honour the transition into autumn — a season of letting go, slowing down, and turning inward. Guided by Ashka; a Yoga Teacher, Reiki master, who also holds a Diploma in Counselling; this sacred space invites you to reconnect with yourself through movement, stillness, and soulful reflection.
Together, we’ll explore:

- Reflective journaling and emotional release
- Deep rest through Yoga Nidra
- Connection with like-minded people in a safe, nurturing circle
