As a Chartered Physiotherapist, Somatic Coach, and movement practitioner, she takes a holistic approach to healing, acknowledging the deep connection between the body, mind, and nervous system. Her work blends evidence-based physiotherapy with somatic awareness, therapeutic movement, and hands-on treatment to support lasting change.
Her approach is deeply informed by her own healing journey. After living with chronic pain for over ten years due to a 50-degree scoliosis, Millie was advised by specialists that surgery was her best option. Instead, she chose a holistic path of rehabilitation and recovery, transforming not only her pain but her understanding of the body’s remarkable capacity to heal and adapt.
Many of the people Millie works with have spent years pushing through pain, stress, or fatigue. Together, they create space to listen to what the body is communicating, address the underlying causes of discomfort, and restore a greater sense of ease, mobility, and confidence in movement.
