Elena Gelibter

Therapist, Women's Health

Elena is a Women’s Integrative Health Practitioner specialising in the full reproductive arc — from missing or irregular periods to fertility, pregnancy, postpartum and the evolving identity of motherhood.

Her work is for women who feel dismissed, confused, or disconnected from their bodies after being told “everything looks normal” or “just wait it out” while knowing something isn’t right.

After 12 years without a period, an incorrect PCOS diagnosis, and being told IVF was her only option, Elena uncovered Hypothalamic Amenorrhea as the true cause of her missing cycle. By addressing the root drivers, her period returned within two months and she conceived naturally soon after.

Now a mother of two, she teaches a sustainable, deeply attuned approach to women’s health — one rooted in nourishment, intuitive movement, cyclical alignment and nervous‑system safety rather than control, discipline or perfectionism.

Elena holds a BSc in Biomedical Science, an MSc in Cognitive Neuroscience, a PgDip in Personalised Nutrition, and is a registered Yoga Teacher. Her multidisciplinary training bridges evidence‑based physiology and nutritional science with embodied, nervous‑system‑led practices to support women in coming home to a body that feels safe, intuitive and fully theirs
