About the event

When your mind won’t switch off, your body pays the price.

Broken sleep. A nervous system stuck on high alert. That low-level hum of anxiety that never quite goes away.

You’ve probably tried pushing through. It doesn’t work.

Group ear acupuncture works differently. By targeting specific points in the ear, this gentle treatment helps your nervous system shift out of fight-or-flight so you can actually rest, think clearly, and feel like yourself again.

What to expect

You’ll sit or lay comfortably in a calm, shared space while fine needles are placed in carefully chosen points on the ear. Most people feel a noticeable shift within the session itself a softening, a slowing down, a quiet they haven’t felt in a while.

No small talk required. Just stillness.

People come to these sessions for:

  • Anxiety and persistent stress that won’t budge
  • Poor sleep, racing thoughts at night, or waking at 3am
  • Emotional exhaustion and feeling constantly overwhelmed
  • A practical, proven way to support their mental wellbeing

Why group sessions?

Shared healing has its own quiet power. Sitting in a room with others who are also choosing to slow down creates a collective calm that’s difficult to replicate alone. And at a lower cost than one-to-one treatment, it’s accessible to more people who need it.
