Beginners welcome. We work with ancient, gentle yet powerful movement forms to release tension in our bodies, build balance & flexibility, stability, a greater sense of vitality and generate a relaxed strength.
Qigong translates as ‘Energy Work’, and we have a strong focus of developing our connection to, and ability to feel, Chi, which is our energetic life force. We aim for all students to have a real, practical experience of Chi, rather than it being an idea or a concept.
All our movements are rooted into the feeling and intent of our energy, and they positively affect our health and wellbeing, from releasing physical aches and pains, to quietening the mind and bringing stillness into our lives.
