Prescriptive teaching techniques strip the joy out of yoga. Rosie’s more interested in fluid movement. Expect accessible, creative and playful sequences that are rooted in the here and now.
Rosie’s studied the art and science of yoga for decades, completed multiple teacher training courses and is now leading the way in the latest research with a Masters at SOAS University. Rosie has deep respect for traditional practices, but understands the need to meet the modern mind and body.
Rosie teaches Hatha Flow and Restore and Vinyasa Yoga. All of her classes are open level. She also trains people to become Yoga teachers at the Float Spa Training Academy
