I’ve been practicing yoga since I was a child. I learned that we’re designed to move, and our original movements were playful and felt good. Now, (many) years later, that’s how I teach and train yoga teachers. 
I’m going to create the space for you to remember who you were before conditioning and culture made you hold your body in unnatural, small and ultimately painful ways. My classes are welcoming, open level and suitable for all.
