Before coming to work at The Float Spa, Megan was already a big fan of yoga and exercise in general. Through running, working out at the gym and strong, dynamic yoga styles like dynamic hatha yoga and strong vinyasa flow yoga, she likes to stay fit and feel strong so was drawn to the healthy atmosphere at The Float Spa. Like lots of people, she found herself feeling very restless during her first float and didn’t really know what to expect. Fortunately, she gave it another try and found herself much more ready to switch off during her second float and now finds floating to be a great perk of the job.
Megan recently qualified as a nutritional therapist so has a real passion for helping people improve their health and wellbeing so really enjoys seeing how floating has such an impact on people. In fact, her favourite part of the job is meeting people who have pain and other issues and seeing how much floating improves their lives.
