Megan is a Nutritional Therapist registered with BANT and regulated by the CNHC. She has studied with the Open University, the College of Naturopathic Medicine and is trained in DNA, blood, urine and stool test analysis. Her integrative approach combines 21st century science with natural health philosophies in order to make longterm, sustainable changes accessible for as many people as possible.
She has successfully managed her own health conditions and is passionate about the importance of addressing hormonal imbalances in order to achieve optimal wellness for each person.
Megan’s approach to Nutritional Therapy seeks to identify the underlying causes of ill health in order to achieve optimal physical and mental wellbeing for the individual. She integrates genetics, life events and driving factors of symptoms with the unique functioning of each person in her care to create a detailed health profile that allows her to address the biochemical imbalances occurring.
Treatment programmes are centred around food and lifestyle modifications with focus on nutrient excess/depletion states and assessment for the need of laboratory testing. Stress, movement and sleep management also feature in each consultation with the aim to make longterm, sustainable changes
Megan is currently taking a course in Global Health with the University of Copenhagen and will begin 200hr Yoga Teacher Training with two of our wonderful instructors in October. Outside of the Float Spa she spends as much time on her rollerblades as possible and experimenting in the kitchen (not at the same time).
