Kate is a registered Nutritional Therapist whose passion lies in supporting clients to rebalance their mood, calm their thoughts and boost their energy using science-based nutritional and lifestyle interventions. She has a particular interest in working with clients who are feeling overwhelmed by stress and anxiety; are ‘surviving’ on broken sleep; and lacking in energy and motivation. She understands the importance of feeling supported through change and is committed to cultivating relationships with clients to ensure they feel empowered to make lifelong changes.
Kate works on a 1-2-1 basis and her approach is to identify and address imbalances within the body. She understands that each client has unique and individual needs, and aims to get to the root of a condition and empower clients with nutrition and lifestyle tools to help boost body and mind.
Her personal experience of how anxiety, depression and poor sleep can have a huge impact on quality of life set Kate on a journey of self care, researching the importance of nutrition, alternative therapies and lifestyle changes to improve her own mental health. Understanding and feeling the benefits of a holistic approach inspired her to retrain as a Nutritional Therapist to help empower others with the knowledge to take control of their own physical and mental health.
