Jo is a qualified Nutritional Therapist who guides her clients to regain balance through real-life, long-lasting changes. By addressing the root cause or imbalance that may be contributing to your specific health concern and incorporating a scientific, personalised approach to nutrition – Jo will build a bespoke plan to help you reach your goals and find your path to optimal health.
Jo’s approach aims for you to strike a balance in all aspects of wellness; Nutrition, movement, sleep & relaxation, community, nature, mindset and joy. She will therefore look at all these aspects throughout your consultations and within your plans.
As a Nutritionist, a number of laboratories also make cutting-edge functional tests available for use within her clinic; including DNA, blood tests and stool testing. Jo can guide you through the interpretation of these tests to get clear about your health issues and use this to inform your personalised plan. Growing up in a holistic household, she also looks to incorporate ancient wisdoms and a naturopathic approach in her practice.
As well as supporting clients with everything from skin conditions, IBS and optimal performance, Jo has a passion for helping women at all stages in family life.
After 10 years of working as a Primary School Senior Leader, Jo encountered many health issues that comes with having a poor diet & over-worked, stressful, party lifestyle. Influenced heavily by her Mum’s remarkable experience of holistic health whilst battling brain cancer, she started to look after herself better. Finally recognising the power of good nutrition and wellbeing, when her mum sadly passed, she was inspired to embarked on a three-year course with the renowned College of Naturopathic Medicine in Brighton and London, qualifying with Distinction as a Registered Nutritional Therapist. Jo is BANT registered and a member of CNHC which comes with a duty of care to continue to stay up to date with the latest in nutritional science.

Jo’s recipe for a good day is attending her favourite boxing or yoga class, spending some time outside in nature, making her friends laugh and experimenting in the kitchen.
