Helen believes yoga is a collaboration, not a one size fits all or a teacher knows best situation. She understands that what is comfortable, challenging or restful for someone is unique to them. Helen works with people to help them discover for themselves how to bring about ease of movement, breath and thought. All of her work is done with kindness, humility, invitation and at its heart, a deep sense of welcome.

Her experience of teaching comes from a being human, from living a life of ups and downs but also from training. She’s been teaching since 2006, full time since 2008, has two teaching trainings under her belt (BWY 500hr, 2.5yrs & Sivananda 300hr, 1mth intensive), numerous six-day intensives (in restorative, Nidra, kids, pregnancy, post-natal) and other trainings including biotensegrity anatomy.

Helen is a teacher trainer for Lushtums, The Minded Institute, the Total Yoga Nidra Network and creator of her own method, NIDRA RESTORE.

She is just about to qualify as a Yoga Therapist, an integrated health approach that marries yogic practice with modern psychotherapeutic knowledge, neuroscience and physiology.

Helen brings her skill, passion and curiosity to all of her offerings in the pursuit of making connections, sharing and evolving. She looks forward to welcoming you to a class soon.
