Emily Scott originally from Southern California and with a background in dance, Emily has been practicing yoga since 2000 and teaching since 2014. She completed a 200-hour vinyasa flow training in London, and a restorative yoga teacher training with Anna Ashby at Triyoga. She has also been mentored by Naomi Absalom since 2016, and attends numerous workshops and trainings to continue her yoga edu-cation.
She enjoys teaching a slow but strong vinyasa flow, mixed in with pranayama, restorative, and yoga nidra. Students describe her style as down-to-earth, chal-lenging but accessible, focused on breath and alignment, and sometimes even a lit-tle funny. She aims to create a space for people to improve their lives from the in-side out. When not teaching yoga, she is hanging out with her two little boys in the English countryside, travelling, reading, and writing.
