Antje joined The Float Spa at the beginning of 2022 coming from a long standing working background in hospitality.
With customer service being at the heart of what she does it did not take her long to find her base.
Relatively new to the concept of floating quite quickly she discovered the huge benefits it has to offer. Not just on a physical level but especially on a mental & emotional path. Being in the Float Pod for an hour gave her the space she needed to explore and accept hard emotions to soften. In return this led her to feeling more herself and while now continuing her float journey she loves the added benefit yoga brings into her life as well as the infrared sauna sessions. Having a background in endurance running and swim coaching it is a perfect combination to keep the body in harmony.
Her creativity flows now once again thanks to looking after herself which she shows by her little art exhibitions for World Mental Health Day, combining her love for art and raising awareness for a better understanding of our mental health. The outdoors is another gateway to recharge and re energize for her. With a passion for writing she now creates some Blog posts for the Float Spa and joined in on several Outdoor Fitness & Yoga Exhibitions over this last year representing the Float Spa and spreading a word of how Epsom Salt and Floating can simply change your life.
From feeling stuck to taking the courage and changing pathways, finding your true north and giving yourself the permission to be a beginner again, be humble and things will fall in place again.
Implementing what she has learned so far during her time, we know more exciting things await on the horizon for her.
