Her journey with Pilates began not as a teacher, but as someone searching for a path back to health. After navigating a period of illness, she discovered that Pilates provided far more than just physical recovery-it became her anchor. It offered something positive to focus on while helping her regain strength, confidence, and control over her body. Experiencing firsthand how transformational the practice could be inspired her to qualify as a certified mat Pilates instructor.

What she loves most about mat Pilates is its remarkable versatility-it truly meets you wherever you are on any given day. Through thoughtful adaptations, the layering of Joseph Pilates’ original 34 exercises, and the creative use of props to further enhance or challenge movement, the practice continually evolves alongside each client. Whether someone is a beginner, returning from injury, or looking to deepen their athletic performance, progress is tangible and rewarding.

Her teaching style is intentional and considered, built around three fundamental pillars: alignment, breath, and centering. By prioritizing correct alignment, she ensures every movement is safe, efficient, and purposeful. Harnessing the power of the breath helps ground the mind and power the body, while finding the center creates the true foundation for core strength and stability.

She strives to create a welcoming, supportive space where clients can connect with their bodies, build sustainable strength, and experience the same sense of empowerment and clarity that brought her to the mat.
