Relax, Restore, Renew
This session creates a space that celebrates the undoing rather than the doing. It’s a practice of homecoming to yourself and of deep relaxation and restoration for the body. When we stop and rest the part of your nervous system responsible for healing flourishes.
This session offers time for your physical body, mind and heart to soften into a deep state of ease and comfort through somatic movement, restorative yoga (yoga with props), breath work, meditation and yoga nidra (guided relaxation).
Valuing rest is revolutionary not a luxury. These practices will set you on a journey to balance and wellness.
