Open your heart Hatha yoga workshop with JoJo Smith

Date: Saturday 6th May 2017 – 3pm – 5pm
This grounding and energising workshop begins with a guided meditation. We practice some breathing techniques bringing vitality and energy throughout the body. We gently move into poses that regulate and balance the flow of energy into the heart centre. The postures will increase blood flow to and from the heart, improving stamina and strengthening the body.
We will hear enchanting and heart warming sounds as we release any tension or anxiety.
We connect with ourselves and each other by chanting a beautiful mantra. This nurturing workshop encourages us to listen to our mind, body and emotional centre whilst embracing the journey.
An open heart allows us to be authentically who we are, enabling us to experience the joy of connection, compassion, love and peace.
