Rosie and Tracy work together to guide you through a meditation and pranayama practice, then into a luxuriously slow Hatha Flow yoga sequence. Expect movements that open up the body. The beautiful sound of the harp will help you unravel and release more than muscles and tissues. We finish the practice lying down in Yoga Nidra. This session is suitable for all levels.
