A transformational sound extravaganza with Siobhan Swider & Gavin Frank

Nourish mind body and spirit, deepen your connection with yourself, find your true voice

First hour Kirtan

Come and experience the power of your voice using transformative world mantras and chants.

Chanting opens the heart, purifies the mind and connects us with our true nature.

Second hour Sound Journey

Siobhan and Gavin will then offer a sound bath using voice, harp, crystal bowls, Indian harmonium, Himalayan signing bowls, shamanic drumming and an array of other healing instruments to soothe the soul.

Sound baths are healing musical offerings.

Participants lay on the floor in supported savasana (corpse pose) and let the waves of sound wash over them.

Sound journeys are said to work on both the physical body and the subtle body to help heal depression, anxiety, chronic pain, and insomnia, and to deepen meditation and ignite creativity.

Wear light comfortable clothing.

Please note sound baths are not advised for people with Audiogenic Epilepsy or if they are in their first trimester of pregnancy.

No vocal experience needed. Siobhan Swider is a freelance harpist and sound healer.

Gavin Frank is a voice coach, Kirtan leader and musician

Siobhan and Gavin are both professional musicians and have know each other for many years sharing common interests in sound healing and Kirtan. They been performing and recording together around the UK as well as offering a divine combination kirtan, harp and sound baths. They plan on performing in The Sound and Silence festival in Greece and The Capão Sound healing festival in Brazil.
