Flow and Slow Yoga with Lucy Howlett
This workshop will be a mix of vinyasa flow in the first half and a soft and slow pace in the second half. With a theme of Self-Care and Compassion; both towards yourself and others.
Lucy’s passion for yoga and the body is clear through her teaching of yoga, dance and fitness classes (she is a personal trainer also). Come along to enjoy moving with awareness of your amazing body, to carefully chosen music — some uplifting, some super mellow — allowing yourself a chance to listen to your body and your breath.
Lucy has been working with the body in motion for 12 years. She used to live in Brighton but now visits from Reading to run her workshops at The Float Spa.
All levels welcome. Lucy is also a pre- and postnatal exercise specialist so if that’s you, you’ll be in safe hands to get back on your mat 🙂
