Learn how to breathe

Katie Stubbs

Katie created The NeuroFreedom Method to help people like her feel happier in their daily lives. It’s the culmination of a 15-year exploration into what combination of modalities works for neurodiverse minds. The method utilises what she calls ‘Thought Yoga’, which has the power to transform the way we think about ourselves, combined with emotional healing techniques. She uses hypnotherapy, energy work and ADHD executive functioning coaching to support her clients.
Daisy O'Clee

Daisy O’Clee

Daisy discovered the power of the breath five years ago during a particularly stressful time in her life, including the escalation of her daughter’s epilepsy, the breakdown of her marriage and the death of her dad - all in the space of six months. She loves trying different types of breathwork and has spent the past two years training in The Buteyko Method and Rebirthing Breathwork. Breathing practices have changed her life and she is passionate about sharing this learning with others.

About the event

Have you been diagnosed with ADHD or recognise aspects of yourself in some of the much talked about traits or behaviours? If the answer is yes, then this unique workshop is for you.

Through a combination of techniques, including self-hypnosis and self-enquiry and a deep-dive into the intrinsic link between ADHD and breathing, you will leave grounded, energised and unapologetically you.

Daisy and Katie know first-hand what it’s like to live with this condition, commonly identified as a disorder, with heavy undertones of negativity. Yet there is much to be celebrated, with characteristics like creative thinking, resilience, empathy and humour often overlooked or forgotten.

Through openness, intention and curiosity, this three-hour workshop will give you the space to:

  • Recognise the opportunities as well as the challenges presented by living with an unconventional mind in a neurotypical world.
  • Understand how unhelpful breathing habits contribute to difficulties with concentration, anxiety, insomnia and a racing mind.
  • Learn the essentials of breathing biomechanics and biochemistry to enhance your physical and mental health and move towards more inner calm, clarity and peace.
  • Experience a taste of how conscious connected breathwork can help you tap into your own innate creativity and the inner wisdom held in your body.
  • Give your mind a workout with ‘thought yoga’ – using processes such as guided visualisation and self-enquiry – to question self-limiting beliefs and break free from outdated stories and negative self-talk.
  • Celebrate your unique strengths and feel more connected to yourself and others.
