Camille understands how to set and achieve goals, having trained with world leading behavioural scientist BJ Fogg and running the Float Spa. Goals are part of life. So learn how to set goals and more importantly achieve them.

About the event

Learn how to reset your nervous system. As humans we spend most of our lives activated in our sympathetic system ‘fight, flight, freeze’ we are stimulation addicts, often juggling multiple tasks whilst hooked to our smartphones.
This workshop will give you the tools to being able to notice when your nervous system is activated and learn how to reset to avoid being overwhelmed, burned out and exhausted all the time especially during the winter months.
