About the event

As the seasons begin to change and nature starts to slow down, autumn offers us an invitation to do the same.

Inspired by Mabon, the Autumn Equinox, this gentle workshop is an opportunity to pause, take stock of the year so far, and reconnect with yourself before the busyness of the final months of the year begin.

Through guided breathwork, meditation, reflection and visualisation, you’ll be invited to slow down, quiet the mind and create space for what matters most. Together we’ll explore themes of gratitude, balance, letting go and embracing the wisdom gathered through life’s experiences.

This workshop is not about striving or fixing. It is about creating a moment of stillness, allowing the nervous system to settle, and giving yourself permission to reflect on what you are ready to release and what you wish to carry forward into the next season.

You will leave feeling calmer, lighter, more grounded and more connected to yourself.

No previous experience of meditation is needed. Simply come as you are.

Facilitated by Sarah Hurst, founder of the Mind Medicine Movement™, blending breathwork, meditation and nervous-system-led practices to support calm, balance and self-connection.
