During this beginner-friendly 3 hour workshop Sarah will teach you some simple back, neck, shoulder & head massage techniques to practice on each other in pairs. Working on floor mats without special equipment means that you can easily practice the techniques at home.
Before we get started we will practice some grounding mindfulness and meditation techniques to deepen our connection to ourself and each other.
