Breathwork is not a new concept, many ancient cultures see the breath as a connection to life energy, its recent revival has occurred due to its transformational potential, safety, and simplicity.
We all have constant access to our breath and when we use it mindfully it can have a powerful and profound effect. In this 3-hour immersive workshop you will be safely guided through different breathwork practices to access different physical and emotional states. You will learn techniques to relieve anxiety, soothe, calm, and rebalance the nervous system, you will energise and stimulate your body through breath and movement and clear your mind ready to be guided into a deep, embodied journey through a conscious, connected breathwork session.
If you might benefit from stress relief and relaxation, gently releasing trauma or letting go of blocks, improved immunity, increased cognitive flexibility and clarity or even reaching an altered state then this workshop is a safe space to explore breathwork. I am a trained Breathwork Facilitator, Psychotherapist, Psychedelic-Assisted Therapist and Bodyworker.
