Sharon is an experienced teacher and student in the ancient yogic science of Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan. She holds a powerful space for personal transformation, leading students in breathing, mantra, posture and meditation technologies. She combines these technologies to elevate students' vibration, freeing them to realise their potential as creative and compassionate human beings.

About the event

The ten body system is comprised of the physical body, six energetic or pranic bodies and three mental bodies.

Activation and fitness in this system refines our experience of ourselves and others, allowing us to magnetise the bliss and prosperity that we came here to experience.

Each body has a positive and negative manifestation that shows up in our behaviours and beliefs. This workshop will help you to identify the strengths and weaknesses in your ten body system. It will provide you with the keys to balancing these. You will be given specific kriyas, pranayams, mantras and meditations to use to balance each body.
