The ten body system is comprised of the physical body, six energetic or pranic bodies and three mental bodies.

Each body has a positive and negative manifestation that shows up in our behaviours and beliefs. This workshop will help you to identify the strengths and weaknesses in your ten body system. It will provide you with the keys to balancing these. You will be given specific kriyas, pranayams, mantras and meditations to use to balance each body.
