Partner Yoga, Massage and Tea

This Partner Yoga and Ayurvedic Yoga Massage Workshop is designed to help deepen your level of connection and intimacy through Yoga – gently stretching your body, your relationship skills and your smiles!
Bring a friend, a loved one, a family member and prepare for fun and laughter as well as learning and deep relaxation.
This is not an acro yoga workshop and you do not have to be really flexible, an experienced yoga practitioner or of the same proportions as your partner to take part.
Learn partner-assisted Yoga stretches, connect to each other and Play Play Play!
You will be led through a sequence of standing, seated, and balancing postures designed to gently open your body and heart and to cultivate trust, connection and the ability to work with one another…leaving you feeling all lovely and limber!
We will be providing a beautifully blended handmade tea to refresh and reset you between sessions.
Learn and enjoy therapeutic Ayurvedic Massage techniques to share with your partner.
Each set of techniques is first demonstrated and explained in detail and then practiced on each other.
AYM combines deep tissue massage with coordinated breath-work and yoga stretching and is performed on a mat allowing for a full range of movement.
This workshop is lovingly created and led by Brydie Rowan and Nathan Synge. Both fully qualified and devoted to their work, they met through Yoga and share a deep respect for the power of movement and touch.
They are both resident practitioners at The Float Spa as well as practicing widely in Brighton and beyond.
