YOGA FOR KIDS CLASSES
Children’s Yoga guides your child (3-7 years) on imaginative and magical journeys through a series of strengthening yoga postures, playful games and mindful partner activities. The children will flow through lots of different yoga poses using a combination of stories, songs and games. There is a balance between spontaneity and structure so that children learn to listen as well as express themselves creatively. Children’s Yoga at The Float Spa is a fun way for children to develop important skills and practice self-love and respect for others.This class will enable your child to build confidence, creativity and flexibility in body and mind. Each yoga class is packed with enthusiasm and love allowing each child to shine and see the beauty and light within. Laura is available to do private family yoga sessions.
