Benefits of Aromatherapy

When using essential oils, the first thing we notice is the odour and it is the odour that impacts our olfactory system. Smell instantly connects us to the outside world. The effect of smell alone has a powerful influence on the central nervous system. Fragrance researchers are discovering that odours can strongly affect mood, evoke emotions, counteract stress and reduce high blood pressure. Therefore, smell is one of our primary senses that directly influence our wellbeing.

Body massage is one of the best ways of using aromatherapy. It is an effective way to reach a state of relaxation by easing the tension in the muscles. Additionally, it affects our emotional wellbeing by improving blood circulation which encourages the body to heal naturally.
